At royalkittenpaws, we take pride in providing happy, healthy pets to loving families. Because we’re dealing with live animals, our return and refund policy is carefully structured to ensure the well-being of the pet and clarity for the buyer.
Due to the nature of live animals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns once a pet has left our care, unless under specific conditions outlined below.
We offer a 72-hour health guarantee from the time of pickup or delivery.
If your pet is found to have a life-threatening illness diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian within that period, we will:
Offer a replacement pet of equal value, OR
Issue a partial or full refund, depending on the situation
You must:
Notify us within 72 hours
Provide official vet documentation
Return the pet (if required) at your expense
We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to:
Change of mind
Landlord issues or housing restrictions
Allergy concerns
Inability to care for the pet
Behavior or training concerns (unless health-related)
We strongly encourage buyers to be 100% sure and prepared before placing an order.
If you cancel your order before the pet is shipped or picked up, the deposit is non-refundable, but any additional payments may be refunded at our discretion.
While we don’t accept returns, if you can no longer care for your pet, we may be able to help you rehome it through our network. This is handled case by case.
